Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Ennovare Research Academy, we strive to provide high-quality online courses, webinars, and technical events. We understand that circumstances may arise where a cancellation is necessary. This policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are processed.
1. Cancellation by Participant
Full Refund: Cancellations made 5 days or more before the scheduled course/event date are eligible for a full refund.
Partial Refund (50%): Cancellations made between 2 to 4 days before the event will be eligible for a 50% refund.
No Refund: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the course/event start or after the session has begun will not be eligible for a refund.
No-Show: Failure to attend without prior cancellation notice will also be considered non-refundable.
2. Refund Request Procedure
To process a refund, the participant must:
Email the cancellation request to [email protected] with the subject line: Refund Request – [Course/Event Name].
Attach the following:
Payment Screenshot/Receipt (as proof of transaction).
Name of Participant and Registered Email ID.
Bank Account Details for refund:
Account Holder Name
Bank Name
Account Number
IFSC Code
3. Processing Time
Refunds will be initiated within 7 to 10 business days after verification of your details.
The refund amount will be transferred to the bank account provided by the participant.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete bank details shared by the customer.
4. Cancellation by Ennovare Research Academy
If Ennovare Research Academy cancels or reschedules a course or event due to unforeseen circumstances such as speaker unavailability, technical issues, or insufficient registrations:
Participants will receive either a full refund or the option to reschedule for a future session, as preferred.
