At Ennovare Research Academy, all our offerings are delivered digitally. We conduct online technical courses, workshops, and webinars in engineering and science domains for students, scholars, academicians, and industry professionals. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how digital access to our services is provided, what participants can expect, and how we handle delays or disruptions.
1. Course & Event Access
Upon successful registration and payment, participants will receive:
A confirmation email with access credentials (Zoom/MS Teams/Platform link).
A copy of the payment acknowledgment.
Access details will be shared within 24 hours of completing the payment.
Reminders containing session links will be sent:
72 hours before the event.
24 hours before the event.
On the day of the event, approximately 1 hour prior.

2. Format of Delivery
Live sessions will be conducted through secure video conferencing platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams, as mentioned in the course/event details.
Some sessions may include:
Real-time Q&A, breakout rooms, and chat features.
Interactive components requiring a microphone and/or webcam.
Recordings (if applicable) and supplementary materials (slides, certificates, reading resources) will be shared via email or download link after the session, typically within 3–5 business days.
The availability of recordings will be mentioned in the course/event description.
Recordings are strictly for personal educational use and may not be redistributed.
3. Technical Requirements
To ensure a smooth learning experience, participants are expected to have:
A laptop, desktop, or mobile device with:
A stable internet connection (minimum 1.5 Mbps recommended).
An updated browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari).
A functional microphone and webcam (for interactive sessions).
Necessary apps/software installed (Zoom, Teams, etc.).
Participants are responsible for testing their devices and network connectivity in advance.
Ennovare Research Academy will not be responsible for technical issues arising due to:
Participant’s device failure.
Poor internet connectivity.
Incompatible software/hardware.
4. No Physical Shipping
No physical goods will be shipped.
All services and materials are digitally delivered via email or through secure links on our learning platform.
Any downloadable resources will be in PDF, DOC, PPT, or video formats.
5. Delays & Interruptions
We strive to maintain uninterrupted access to our courses and events. However:
Minor outages may occur due to internet instability, server load, or third-party platform issues.
If we experience a major or prolonged disruption, we will:
Reschedule the session.
Or provide a recording and support materials to affected participants.
Ennovare Research Academy is not liable for interruptions on the participant’s end due to:
Power failures.
Network issues.
Hardware/software malfunction.
