To enroll in a course, visit our website, browse through the available courses or events, and click “Register” or “Enroll Now.” Complete the registration form and make the payment using our secure gateway. 2. What types of courses are available?
Enrollment processes vary, but typically, you’ll need to create an account on the website, browse courses, and follow prompts to enroll. Some courses may require payment while others could be free.
3. Are the courses accredited?
While our courses are curated and delivered by leading academicians and industry experts, they are not accredited by government authorities unless specifically mentioned. However, participants will receive digitally verifiable certificates of participation or completion, which add value to academic and professional profiles.
4. How much time do I need to dedicate to a course?
Course durations vary. Each listing includes recommended hours. Some webinars may require just 1–3 hours, while certification courses may span several days or weeks. All live sessions are scheduled in different time zones based on the country, and recordings (if provided) allow flexibility.
5. What are the technical requirements?
You will need:
A device (PC, laptop, tablet, or smartphone)
Stable internet connection (minimum 1.5 Mbps)
An updated browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.)
A webcam and microphone (for interactive sessions)
Relevant software/app (Zoom, Google Meet, or MS Teams, as specified)
6. Is there any instructor support?
Yes. Live sessions allow for Q&A and interaction with the instructor. Some courses also include discussion forums or post-session support. If instructor access is limited, it will be clearly mentioned on the course page.
7. Can I access course materials offline?
Most of our resources are digital and accessible online. In some cases, downloadable PDFs or presentation materials will be shared after the event. Access to recorded videos is typically time-bound and available via secure links.
8. What happens if I need to drop or withdraw from a course?
You can request cancellation by emailing us at [email protected]. Refund eligibility depends on the timeline:
5+ days before start: Full refund
2–4 days: 50% refund
Less than 48 hours: No refund

9. Are there any additional costs besides the course fees?
No hidden charges. The course fee mentioned includes all taxes, resources, and participation certificates (if applicable). However, ensure your internet and required software are ready at your end—these are not included in the course fee.
10. What happens after I complete a course?
Upon completion of a course or event, participants receive a digital certificate via email. You may also receive links to supplementary materials or recordings, depending on the course structure. Completion may also unlock eligibility for advanced-level courses or future offers.
1. What payment methods are accepted?
We accept major debit cards, credit cards, UPI, net banking, and other popular digital wallets through our secure payment gateway. All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).
2. Is my payment secure?
Yes. We use industry-standard SSL encryption and PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateways to ensure all your transactions are completely safe and secure. Ennovare does not store any of your payment information on our servers.
3. When will I receive confirmation after payment?
Once your payment is successful, you’ll receive an automated confirmation email within a few minutes, including your enrollment details and access instructions. If you don’t receive it within 1 hour, please contact us at [email protected]
4. I accidentally made duplicate payments. What should I do?
If you’ve made a duplicate payment for the same course or event, please write to us immediately at [email protected] with your payment screenshot and transaction details. After verification, the excess amount will be refunded within 7–10 business days.
5. Are there any hidden charges or taxes?
No hidden charges. The course/event fee displayed on the checkout page is inclusive of all applicable taxes. What you see is what you pay.
6.What happens if my payment fails?
If your payment fails but your amount has been debited, please wait for a few minutes. If you still don’t receive a confirmation, share your payment screenshot and UTR/reference number with us at [email protected] for assistance.
1. Can I cancel my course registration after payment?
Yes. You may cancel your registration by sending an email to [email protected]. Cancellations are eligible for refunds as per our refund policy:
100% refund if canceled 5 or more days before the course/event starts.
50% refund if canceled 2–4 days prior.
No refund if canceled within 48 hours of the event.
2. How do I request a refund?
Email us at [email protected] with the subject line Refund Request – [Course Name]. Include:
Your registered name and email
Payment screenshot
Bank details (account number, IFSC, account holder name)
Once verified, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
3.What if the course gets canceled by Ennovare?
If a course or event is canceled or rescheduled by Ennovare due to unforeseen reasons, you will be offered a full refund or the option to attend the session on an alternate date.
4. Can I transfer my registration to someone else?
No, registrations are non-transferable. Access credentials are personalized and linked to the participant’s email and ID.

2. What should I do if I don’t receive access after payment?
Check your spam/promotions folder. If you still haven’t received access credentials within 24 hours of payment, email us with your payment reference number or screenshot, and we’ll assist you immediately.
3. How can I reset my password?
Go to the login page and click on “Forgot Password”. Follow the steps to receive a password reset link in your registered email.
4. What are the support hours?
Our support team is available from Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST. Emails received outside working hours will be addressed on the next business day.
